O dan Ran 1A, Adran 2B o’r Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) (Cymru) 2012 (wedi ei ddiwygio) mae’r rhai sydd yn cynnig datblygiad sylweddol yn gorfod ymgynghori gydag aelodau o’r cyhoedd a’r gymuned a hefyd cyrff statudol cyn cynnig y cais cynllunio i’r Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol.

 

Mae’r wefan yma yn darparu manylion o ddatblygiad preswyl arfaethedig ar Heol Dumballs, Caerdydd. Mae Rightacres Property Company Ltd yn bwriadu cynnig cais cynllunio llawn ar gyfer y datblygiad yma yn fuan yn y flwyddyn newydd. Rydym yn eich gwahodd i ddarparu sylwadau i dîm Rightacres er mwyn i ni allu eu cysidro cyn i’r cais cynllunio gael ei gynnig.

 

Mae’n bwysig nodi fod yr ymgynghoriad yma yn gyfan gwbl ar wahân i’r ymgynghoriad bydd Cyngor Caerdydd yn ei gynnal unwaith fod y cais cynllunio wedi cael ei gynnig.

 

Ni fydd y broses yma yn eich stopio rhag gwneud sylwadau yn y dyfodol er mwyn iddynt gael eu cysidro gan y Cyngor.

 

Bydd y sylwadau a dderbyniwyd yn cael eu trin mewn modd cyfrinachol.

 

 

 

Under The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 Part 1A Section 2B those proposing major development are required to consult with members of the public and community and statutory bodies prior to submitting their planning application to the Local Planning Authority.

 

This website provides details of a proposed new residential scheme on Dumballs Road, Cardiff. Rightacres Property Company Ltd intends to submit a full planning application for this development early in the new year. You are invited to make comments to the Rightacres team for us to consider before we submit the planning application.

 

It is important to note that this exercise is entirely separate from the statutory consultation that Cardiff Council may conduct once the planning application has been submitted.

 

The current process will not preclude you from making future comments and should you wish to do so, you may make further comments at that stage, for consideration by the Council.

 

Y Datblygiad / The Development

Mae caniatâd cynllunio yn cael ei geisio ar gyfer datblygiad preswyl newydd, 22 llawr yn cynnwys 109 rhandy gan gynnwys defnydd tir hyblyg ar y llawr gwaelod.

 

Mae’r datblygiad arfaethedig wedi ei leoli ar safle tir llwyd ar Heol Dumballs, o fewn Ardal Menter Caerdydd. Mae Heol Dumballs wedi ei nodi ar lefel strategol fel ardal adfywio defnydd cymysg, yn cynnwys hyrwyddo datblygiadau busnes, cyflogaeth a phreswyl.

 

Mae’r broses adfywio wedi dechrau yn barod gyda datblygiadau swyddfa ac addysg wedi cael eu cwblhau gyda mwy o ddatblygiadau defnydd cymysg ar y ffordd.

 

Bydd y datblygiad arfaethedig yma yn parhau gyda’r gwelliannau ac adfywiad Heol Dumballs a bydd yn darparu cartrefi addas i breswylwyr mewn safle hynod o gynaliadwy sydd yn agos iawn i ganol y ddinas.

 

Mae oll o’r wybodaeth fydd yn cael ei gynnig i’r Cyngor fel rhan o’r cais cynllunio ffurfiol ar gael yma i chi gael ei adolygu.

 

Planning permission is to be sought for an exciting new development of a twenty-two storey residential scheme containing 109 apartments, as well as a flexible ground floor commercial uses.

 

The proposed scheme is located on a brownfield site on Dumballs Road, within the Cardiff Central Enterprise Zone. The Dumballs Road area has been identified for strategic level mixed use regeneration, including the promotion of business, employment and residential developments.

 

The regeneration process has already begun with recent nearby office and education developments having been completed and further mixed use development schemes coming forward.

 

This proposal seeks to continue the ongoing improvements and regeneration of Dumballs Road and will provide suitable accommodation for residents in a highly sustainable city centre location.
